Standard Specifications

The following is a list of our standard specifications; we do recommend upgrading to more energy efficient insulation as well as a more energy efficient heating system.  We currently have a house that is being heated using an ACADIA heat pump, Kirk’s house which was built in the Winter/Spring of 2008 is being heated using a Geothermal System, and Phil recently converted to a pellet furnace for heating his personal home.  Give us a call today for more information on these renewable energy methods of heating your new home.
