The following is a list of our standard specifications; we do recommend upgrading to more energy efficient insulation as well as a more energy efficient heating system. We currently have a house that is being heated using an ACADIA heat pump, Kirk’s house which was built in the Winter/Spring of 2008 is being heated using a Geothermal System, and Phil recently converted to a pellet furnace for heating his personal home. - Walls: 1/2” drywall primed and painted off-white
- Ceilings: 1/2” drywall with textured ceilings
- Windows Trim: Wood extension jambs with 2-1/2” Colonial Casing
- Baseboard: 3- 1/2” Colonial Base
- Cabinets and Countertops: Diamond cabinets with laminate counter tops - $5,000.00 allowance
